Am I eligible?

This benefit is for Big I MN member agency owners and principals: solo owners, agencies with employees, and agencies with multiple owners. One review per agency.

What is included?

A 30-minute call with Ondrej, your Year-End Savings Estimate in writing within two business days, and five one-page guides: the year-end tax calendar, the IRS account guide, the 10 questions for your CPA, the one-page agency valuation, and the Self-Check. The estimate covers what you could save before December 31, which areas it comes from, and what each area could be worth on your numbers.

What do you need from me?

Nothing to book. For the sharpest estimate, send last year's return and a year-to-date profit and loss through the secure link in your confirmation. Both are optional. Without them Ondrej works from what you tell him on the call, and the estimate is rougher. Anything you send is used for your review only and deleted seven days after you receive your estimate, unless you engage us.

I already have a CPA. Can I still book?

Yes. This is a second look at what could still change this year, from a CPA who plans with independent agency owners year-round. Take the number and the 10 questions to your CPA. If they can get you there, good. If they cannot, that tells you something.

Why November 30?

Because most of what we find only helps if it happens before December 31, and some of it needs a payroll run, a plan document, or a payment processed first. A review booked by November 30 leaves time for that. After November 30 the review is still worth doing, but it becomes planning for 2027.

What happens after the review?

On the call Ondrej tells you one of three things: your setup holds up, there is something worth doing before December 31, or your situation calls for a full tax plan first. If you want help with either of the last two, Vesely CPA offers year-round tax planning, tax preparation, bookkeeping and accounting, and payroll coordination for independent agency owners. Monthly plans are typically $597, $749, or $1,999, depending on your agency's needs and complexity. No obligation either way.
